Cancellations / Refunds
You are entitled to a refund even if there is nothing wrong with the goods received. You have 30 days to cancel your order you can do so by contacting us via email or call within our opening hours. This 30 days cancellation period starts from the day you have received your parcel. You have 30 days to return the goods to us. This applies to all customers in the European Economic Area (EEA).
The goods must be sent back to us in the same condition as received and must not be damaged.
A refund will not be issued if goods are returned with any of the following or similar damage:
Brand New Items:-
Marks of usage, Cracks, Dents, Water Damage, Missing Parts, Missing Packaging or Any sign of scratches on the screen or any part of the product.
Cracks, Dents, Water Damage, Missing Parts or Any damage on the screen or any part of the product.
All of our Brand New devices come with a 12-24 months manufacturers warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period starts from the day you receive the goods. If you device develops a fault within warranty period you can claim warranty directly with manufacturer or through us. It takes up to TWO WEEKS to process warranty by us. We can offer you a replacement or refund if we exceed TWO weeks time frame.
How long does it take to process my refund?
It can usually take up to 3 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we will issue the refund. Please note that we will issue a refund within 3 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) days of receiving your returned item/s. Once the refund has been issued, the funds should appear on your bank statement within 48 hours (how long depends on your card issuer).

You can return items to us via Royal Mail Recorded or a reliable tracked courier service.
Step 1 – Packing
Securely pack your parcel indicating your reason for return. Repackage the goods in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) making sure to include the Order no. and reason for your return.
To minimise the risk of damage to your device and to ensure that we safely receive your device, we strongly recommend that you pack your item(s) in a strong box with bubble wrap.
Step 2 – Return Address
Clearly affix our return address that can be found on our contact us page.If returning multiple parcels, please ensure you tape the correct address and postage to each parcel.
Step 3 – Proof of Postage
Request a proof of postage from our courier before handing them over your return parcel.
